Create a HAWI developer app

Enroll as a developer, create or join a developer organization, then create an app owned by that organization.

HAWI developer identity uses the existing HAWI person identity with a separate developer enrollment and session context. Production apps belong to developer organizations, not individual people. Choose private, private OAuth or marketplace distribution, configure explicit scopes and redirect URLs, and use development credentials only with development or sandbox resources.
